Before your transaction can be completed, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By applying for access and/or services from this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and you are agreeing to be legally bound by them. Preamble

• Subscriber's credit card will be billed immediately after purchase.
• After purchase, subscriber will receive an email notification with all payment details.
• The contract is closed between customer and the online shop on this Website as soon as the order is submitted.
• We recommend printing out the transaction data and Terms and keeping them in an easily accessible place.
• Prohibited for people under legal age in their respective country.

Definitions

• “Access rights” means the combination of a unique username and password that is used to access this Website. An access right is a license to use this Website for a specific period of time.
• “SegPay” is the payment processor for this Website.
• “Member” or “Membership” means the subscriber or user of a valid username and password for the website during the term of membership.
• “Subscriber” means the user of the services of this Website and holder of valid access rights.

Description of Services

SegPay will provide one access right to access this Website and its materials for which Subscriber is purchasing a membership.

Billing

SegPay may appear on Subscriber’s credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges. If multiple venues are joined, Subscriber’s statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction.

Tax

Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other taxes may be included in or added to your purchase depending on applicable laws in your location.

Payment/Fee

The Website may impose subscription fees at the time of initial enrollment. Subscriber is solely responsible for these fees according to the terms and conditions of this Website.

Free Trial and Verification Fees

We may offer free trials or memberships during promotional events. A nominal fee may be charged to verify your payment method. This fee is refunded or reversed automatically.

Automatic Recurring Billing

If selected during sign-up, subscription fees will renew automatically at the end of the original term unless canceled. You will receive notifications via email or your account. Failed payment attempts may result in retries and temporary holds. An administrative fee of up to $2.00 may apply until payment is successfully processed.

Electronic Receipt

Subscribers will receive an email receipt at the time of enrollment. Requests for charge summaries may be submitted via customer support, though availability beyond 365 days is not guaranteed.

Agreed Upon Method of Communication

Receipts and transaction updates will be communicated via email or available in the member’s area of this Website.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Subscribers are responsible for charges incurred until the cancellation date. Cancellation options include:

Refunds

Refunds may be requested via customer support. Refunds are not guaranteed for partially used memberships and will be issued at the discretion of SegPay. Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks

All chargebacks are reviewed. Fraud claims may result in restrictions or account bans.

Authorization of Use

Subscribers are authorized a single access right. All content is for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, modification, or public display of content is prohibited. Breaches may result in termination of access rights.

Content Complaint Process

If you find any content in violation of our Terms or applicable rules, please report it using the feedback or support options in your account. Reports will be addressed within seven (7) business days.

Transfer of Access Rights
